I found a video of the gathering of Bosozoku style car before and after the Tokyo Auto Saloon 2009:
Enjoy over 10 minutes of Bosozoky styled cars, loud raspy exhausts and expect to see some disrespect to the law!
Their taste of music is a bit weird IMO, but I reckon that would be possibly due to a lack of English or knowledge of the bands…
My personal favorite car is the 80s Nissan President at 8:30! What is your personal favorite bosozoku ride?
Alexi from Nori Yaro visited Daisuke’s shop:
If youโre a fan of Option videos, you may have noticed that whenever they feature a bosozoku-style car, like in the Go Go Daijiro segments, thereโs always this one guy named Daisuke who keeps showing up with one or two of the cars. After a relatively difficult time tracking down his workshop (I eventually found an ad of his in a slightly obscure magazine and called the number) I took a drive out to visit it.

I think pictures say more than words here… They guy Daisuke does modify a lot of cars and has a giantic stockpile of cars in his backyard ready for modification!
Read on for more pics…
Of all cars in his backyard this is my personal favorite:

Widest rims I ever saw on a Nissan Laurel!
If you want to see what more there is in Daisuke’s backyard, you can find Nori Yaro’s blogpostings here and here.

Who needs fender flares on this shakotan Skyline DR30?
Okay, I admit: there are fender flares at the rear of the car. But I thought it really looked badass shakotan without the flares at the front!
In case you don’t know what the difference between shakotan and bosozoku style is: please read our explanation

These kids start with Bosozoku early!
Both of them have the same jumpsuit, so they are surely bothers. I bet they have a very cool daddy with a big pompadour and wearing sunglasses and a leather jacket. ๐

These kids hang out daddys Bosozoku car!
I’d wish my dad used to have such a rad ride when I was their age! ๐
I got this great crossover between Bosozoku Style and VIP style from Bippu 4 life. He’s a very big fan of both VIP style and Bosozoku style! Bippu: thanks for supporting us! ๐

BosoVIP Infinity Q45 front
This Infinity Q45 may look Bosozoku style from the outside, but if you watch the video (later on in this posting) you will see it is actually VIP style inside the Q45!

BosoVIP Infinity Q45 rear
The rear really looks like it was once part of a Porsche Cayman and then added the Porsche 935 crazy wings and spoilers on top of it! ๐
In this movie you can see the whole car, it’s specs and actually hear it’s engine when the driver starts it:
